Abstract:
Ergonomics analysis of CMC operations was conducted using a structured method for prioritizing exposures and assessing the value of workplace solutions. The result is an implementation strategy based on risk reduction, productivity & quality enhancement, solution costs and ease of implementation. The employees & departmental staff assume active responsibility for testing, refining and adopting the changes. The end results include a cost/effective reduction to the ergonomics exposures, enhanced productivity and quality and an educated staff on the lookout for continuous improvement.
